Amy is a human resources executive with more than 15 years of experience advising leadership teams on talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and employment practices. Prior to her consulting work, Amy served as Vice President of Human Resources for Laramar Group and as Human Resources Director for LONG Building Technologies, where she partnered with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
Throughout her career, Amy has led initiatives spanning talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, succession planning, leadership development, acquisitions, and compliance. She is passionate about helping organizations build strong teams, develop effective leaders, and create workplace cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and communication.
Amy also serves as a certified professional instructor, teaching certification preparation courses for human resources professionals.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
On a Personal Note
A Colorado native, Amy enjoys weightlifting, exploring Colorado’s craft beer scene, and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies. She and her husband, Thomas, enjoy spending time with their two rescue dogs.
